Returns/Exchanges: I would like for everyone that receives their Superstar Custom Jewelry to be happy. If you receive the jewelry, & it is defective, or if the order is not correct, then you must contact me immediately, & return the items within 5 days. Once the item(s) is received, I will issue you a credit to choose other item(s) equal to the ones returned, or you will receive a paypal refund. When sending the item(s) back to me, please include all packing materials as well, & please be sure that it is in the same condition as was sent to you. You are responsible for shipping charges when returning items, due to FREE shipping policy.
